Our Process

Evaluation

First off, we’ll meet with the individual or your service managers to decide what services you need from us and a time frame for making it happen in full compliance with industry standards. We’ll brief you and or everyone involved on the practices required, to ensure the most efficient service possible.

When a referral is underway we log, and track all the case activity on our IT client system. We receive referrals as agreed, either in batches of varying volume, or a one-off referral to clear and these is dealt within a given agreed time frame.

We measure the performance and efficiency of our OTs as part of an ongoing quality control process. This includes the time between allocation and assessment or assessment to closure as the case demands. We keep our clients fully updated throughout, with reports, meetings and gauging feedback.
